Gamblers Anonymous (G.A.) is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from a gambling problem.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop gambling.
This year sees the 50th anniversary of Gamblers Anonymous and Gam-Anon in Ireland. To mark this anniversary, there will be a convention in Dublin on 28-30 September 2018 at the Green Isle Hotel, Naas Road, Dublin 22.

A new meeting has started in Ballinrobe, Co Mayo, which takes place on Saturday evenings at 8pm. Support for this meeting would be much appreciated.
A new meeting has started in Ashbourne, Co Meath on Thursday evenings in St Patrick's Church, Donaghmore at 8pm. Unfortunately, the Friday night meeting in Duleek is no longer taking place.
The 8.30pm Saturday evening meeting in Cuan Mhuire, Athy is not taking place for the next few weeks. This site will be updated when it's happening again.
The Monday evening meeting in Crumlin now starts at 7.15pm, rather than 7.30pm.
On Monday evenings, there's a meeting in the Parish Centre, Church Rd, Bundoran starting at 8.15pm.
The Wednesday Gam-Anon meeting formerly held in Glenview, Tallaght has a new home and start time: St Aengus Community Centre, Tymon at 6.45pm.
There's a Gam-Anon meeting in the Mustard Seed Centre, Donegal on Thursday evenings, starting at 7.30pm.
The Cork City Gam-Anon group meet at The Dominican Centre on Popes Quay at 8.00pm on Tuesdays.
